A little bit about myself and Nusta Cosmetics..... My name is Connie Marling, I am originally from Lima, Peru, in South America. I speak Spanish, and English is my second language. I came to the US in 1999 and met my husband Rick, we have two beautiful boys they are 21 and14 years old. I have a degree from Peru in Dentistry, I worked with my dad and brother at our family practice until I moved here. In 2010 I went to Florida for training and got my certification in Permanent makeup/Micropigmentation, and became a member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation. I have first Aid and Blood borne Pathogen certifications up to date and every year the Health Department Inspect our building and we receive our license of operation. Nusta Cosmetics opened by the end of 2010. On May 2014 I went to Gainesville, FL to learn Micro Blading / Microstroking Masters Class and Microneedling, course conducted by American Academy of Micropigmentation Board Certified Instructors, to learn the latest techniques on Permanent makeup. October 2014 became a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals and attended the 14th annual fall conference in Philadelphia, PA, and had a class with Karen Beets CPCP from United Kingdom learned her amazing eyebrows technique. I also took the examination to become a Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, CPCP. In March 2016 attended a 2 day event Techs Helping Techs in Delray Beach Florida. .On April 2016 Las Vegas 25 years Convention of Society of Permanent cosmetics Professionals. June 2016 in Houston Permanent Makeup and Tattoo Removal with A+ Ocean Natural first Hypertonic Saline Tattoo removal solution. On June 12 Webinar Stretch-niques 1 with will Anthony from Florida. August 2016 went to Fort Smith, AK for a hands on class on 3D Areola Tattooing class with Vicky Martin from the UK. September 2016 took a class on Tattoo Techniques for Permanent Makeup Artists with Angela Gates. On October 8-9 2016 attended SPCP conference in Philadelphia. On October 2016 took 2 webinar classes Stretch-niques 2 with Will Anthony from FL , and also in October Tattooing Li color with Tern Darling from Las Vegas. In March 2018 attended Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals Convention in Las Vegas. A lot of people ask me what does Nusta means? It means princess in Quechua the language form the mountains of Peru. It is my goal to provide the most professional, safe and sanitary environment. I use the best machines with sterilized single use disposable needles and the best pigments available made in the USA. I use topical anesthetics before and during the procedure to ensure you are comfortable until the procedure is complete. It is my purpose to enhance the quality of life for my clients within the industry standards, provide safe, effective permanent cosmetics techniques and exceptional care with attention to detail while maintaining a friendly, caring and compassionate environment. I have had my eyeliner since I was in my tweenties it has been the best thing I have done for myself. I love waking up looking good and being able to go out without putting any make up on. Permanent Cosmetics is getting popular and it is growing all around the world, I will make sure to stay up to date by taking advanced classes and attending conferences to offer you only the best there is in this field.
